Fromage á Trois pairs 15 New Orleans chefs with visiting cheesemakers in a competition to create a perfect bite using cheese. Guests sample all 15 bites and vote on their favorite, dance to tunes spun by DJ El Camino, and enjoy cocktail samples and a cash bar.
